Most orders are processed as soon as your
order is placed. Your order will be shipped once we verify
your billing address, the shipping address, your payment is approved, and the item is
in stock.
If your
order is placed after 3 PM Pacific Standard time, your order
will be processed and shipped very next day. Hence, please
place your order before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time if you
would like us to ship your order today.
If an item you ordered is
currently out of stock, we will notified you immediately via your phone or email
address.
Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your product.
We do not deliver to PO BOX,
APO, or FPO address. We require that all delivery addresses be a physical addresses.
Certain orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate
address for your protection. In such a case we will contact you for additional verification.
